started as an installer in a two-bay shop in back of a gas station.
Later he became a manager of a shop and eventually the General
Manager of the company that had grown to be the second largest
independent on the West Coast. While managing up to 30 employees in
5 shops, Mike made almost every mistake you can think of. Because of
this experience, he is quick to recognize whether or not something
