Results from the Management Success! Seminar
Before going to the Management Success Seminar I was really stressed out! I couldn't leave the shop for one hour without everything grinding to a halt! I used to work ALL the time. There was no game plan, no strategy, no system in place for handling the work, no teamwork between employees and no organization! We were in debt. I had to borrow money each quarter to pay the taxes. Things were getting worse, not better. I had no time to myself. I had high blood pressure and wanted to quit the business. I never had any money, my wife helped pay the bills.
Then my wife and I went to the Management Success Seminar together even though she doesn't work in the shop. Well guess what – we now have a $2,000 per week paycheck before the shop doors are even open! Thanks to Management Success!
Believe it or not, I was a real skeptic when I went to the seminar and I used to fight making changes in the shop because I was afraid they wouldn't work! When I finally just started DOING what Management Success taught me to do, the results were AMAZING! In two years our debts were almost all paid off and I was getting a paycheck every week! We have money in the bank. The very best thing is that I have a lot less stress. My wife knows who I am now!
People tell me that I look 5-10 years younger than I used to and I FEEL that way too! I'm not even needed in the day-to-day operations! Everyone does their job so well that I don't need to be here! So, I do other things that I’ve always wanted to do. I tell people to just trust Management Success, they know what they’re doing and they have the exact answer to YOUR situation!
I now have more free time and it's fun. I work less hours, about 30 hours a week. I make money and I put money in the bank! I now have reserves, which I have never had before. When you are controlling your shop instead of your shop controlling you, you can sleep at night. I've put together a smooth running machine structured correctly from what I learned at the Seminar.
