Efficiency Workshop

This 1-day workshop will give the shop owner or any employee the tools and knowledge needed to get the work done both on their own jobs and as a member of the team.

We have designed this workshop especially for any shop owner or employee who wants to improve their own efficiency as well as the efficiency of the whole shop, or learn how to get work done effectively and efficiently.

This workshop will be delivered remotely. Send your staff over the weekend or attend yourself without the worry of closing the shop.

The subjects outlined in this workshop are especially designed to help the production personnel. It gives them the tools to get higher quality work out the door more efficiently and effectively.
