The service writer school is a five-day
workshop.
The first part deals with communication, the basis of success in business and in life.
The second part covers proven, effective techniques for handling particular types of customers.
At the end of the school, the Service Writer School graduate has greatly improved skills
in handling customers, both over the phone
and in person. He understands himself and
others better and is able to handle even the
toughest customer with confidence.

This is a school that should be done by
anyone who sells in your shop. It is also
advisable that the shop owner also does
this school so that he is trained in it and
can train employees. It helps the owner
tremendously in communicating with and
handling employees.
